Bix Produce Company LLC, a bulk and pre-cut fruit and veggie distributor based in Saint Paul, Minnesota, purchased the industrial facility at 3060 Centerville Rd. in Little Canada, Minnesota, for $10.5 million, or about $51 per square foot, from Slumberland Inc.
