Real assets advisor Cluttons has appointed Phil MacCabe as client relationship partner in its digital infrastructure team.
MacCabe will play a key role in growing the company’s digital infrastructure services as a core area of strategy and joins from telecommunications firm Liberty Global, where he was a senior asset manager.
He will be based at Cluttons’ Newcastle offices, where the firm signed a new lease in the city centre last month. He also returns to the company after an initial nine-year stint with the firm as a surveyor and head of infrastructure transaction management.
John Gravett, managing director at Cluttons, said in a statement: "Growing our already strong capability in this area is a priority for the business and this hire is a direct reflection of that commitment to developing the most talented team in the digital infrastructure sector.
"Philip will bring great dynamism and energy to our new Newcastle team, which is already establishing a strong reputation for providing outstanding client services in the region."
Last month Cluttons named Duncan MacIver as head of commercial, making him a partner to expand its commercial management offering and lead a "joined-up approach across the commercial sector".
