An electrical engineering and contracting firm is opening an office in Silicon Valley Center in San Jose, California, thanks to a new lease. According to the agreement's terms, CSI Electrical Contractors — headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, California — will take 11,494 square feet of a three-star office space.
