Florida-Based Regency Centers continues to expand in the Northeast following its recent acquisition of The Longmeadow Shops.

Located in Hampden County, The Longmeadow Shops was originally built in 1962. A second building was constructed in 2016. The shopping center is home to several national tenants such as CVS, Athleta, Starbucks, Bank of America, Talbots, Gap, J. Crew Factory, and Chico’s. (CoStar)

Jacksonville, Floida-based Regency Centers, a publicly traded real estate investment trust that owns and operates shopping centers located in suburban trade areas, has added The Longmeadow Shops in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, to its portfolio.
