Provo, Utah, Apartment Rents Decline for Fourth Month in 2024

Rents Decreased 0.2% From Previous Month, Results in Year-to-Date Rent Losses

The average apartment rent in Provo decreased 0.2% from the previous month at the end of August, the fourth month the market has suffered monthly rent losses. The recent decline has also pushed year-to-date rent growth to negative 0.2%, underperforming last year’s gains at the same point in the calendar.
