A Korean investor group led by Hana Financial Investment and investment fund manager KTB Asset Management acquired a 95% ownership stake in Congress Square, a recently redeveloped office tower at 40 Water St. in downtown Boston. The value of the investment stake in the 17-story complex was not disclosed.
