Liverpool-based Integritas Property Group has made another senior appointment, with Ryan Guest joining as head of development.
Since June, IPG has finalised three hires to bolster its leadership team. Ross Fleming was named global sales director in July, while Luke Gribben became business development manager in June.
The firm said the latest, Guest, will be accountable for the successful execution of all UK developments, and for growing and maintain the development supply chain.
Guest has more than two decades’ experience in the construction and built environment sector, most recently working as commercial director at M-AR Offsite. He also has experience of civil engineering and house building.
The group's growing leadership team reflects its April announcement when bosses said it was set to more than double its completed properties by 2028, growing revenues by 60%, from just under £60,000 to £150,000,000.
The company describes itself as being "committed to delivering high-quality projects that enhance communities and contribute to the overall prosperity of towns and cities across the North West."
Mitchell Walsh, CEO at IPG, said in a statement: "We’re delighted to welcome Ryan to our fast-growing team, as we strive to meet the targets we set for the business at the start of the year.
"With his commerciality, strategic approach and extensive understanding of the sector, Ryan will play an integral role in helping us secure the opportunities and revenues we aiming for."
Projects being led by the developer include Deakin’s Yard in Newcastle-under-Lyme, a 273-unit purpose-built student accommodation scheme, and two other residential projects, Bastion Point and Portside Place in Liverpool city centre.
