BYD Automobile, a Warren Buffett-backed Chinese company, has sold an electric vehicle charging station in New York’s Bronx borough for nearly $4 million — more than double what it originally paid in 2014 — what one of the deal's brokers said is a testament to the appetite for industrial properties that cater to a growing population of electric car owners.
