“Non-essential” retailers on high streets will welcome today’s announcement that they can reopen from 29th June under the Scottish Government’s plans for lifting lockdown restrictions. Holyrood has been under pressure to provide guidance on when Scottish shops can reopen, particularly since retailers south of the border opened their doors again earlier this week.
