Leston Holdings, a privately-owned Edmonton-based real estate firm led by the Mitton family that owns and manages a portfolio of multifamily and commercial property holdings, last month closed on its acquisition of Edmonton House, a prominent 46-storey residential tower in downtown Edmonton with 328 residential suites located above an 11-storey parking garage.
