Mississippi Buildings Set for Foreclosure: Los Angeles-based Hertz Investment Group appears poised to lose two of the eight properties it owns in downtown Jackson, Mississippi. A foreclosure is expected to occur this quarter on 100 and 190 E. Capitol St., according to CoStar CMBS loan notes.
