Midvale Plaza Trades For $17.5 M

Wells Fargo Sells Southwest Retail Hub

HAM Midvale LLC, a Dale Zeitlin company, purchased the 91,744-square-foot shopping center, including leasehold on a Chili's restaurant and 8.4 acres, at 1640 -1740 West Valencia Road in Tucson, AZ for just under $17.5 million, or about $190 per square foot. The regional hub center in southwest Tucson was lender-owned by Wells Fargo when it sold.
