Oak Street Real Estate Capital and GIC Real Estate sold the 73,365-square-foot industrial building at 1942 McGregor Road in Ypsilanti, Michigan, to Solo World Partners affiliate Pebble River Holdings for $5,153,891, or $70 per square foot. Solo World Partners was already operating in approximately 28,000 square feet as a tenant at the time of sale. The buyer plans to expand operations in the area and will take over the rest of the building.
