Rio Grande Academy of Fine Arts leased 21,500 square feet of space last year at a one-story office building in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The deal was awarded a 2023 CoStar Impact Award by an independent panel of industry professionals within the market.
The lease signing in June gave the school enough time to prepare to open for its inaugural year, marking New Mexico’s first K-12 free public charter school.
