Nexity moves into Reiwa in Saint-Ouen

Nexity moves into Reiwa, its new head office at 67 rue Arago, Saint-Ouen. Designed by architects Brenac & Gonzalez & Associés, the eight-storey building has been conceived to forge links with the surrounding area, including residential buildings, future commercial buildings and a planted mall. On one side, a glazed facade reflects the architectural codes of the tertiary sector, while on the other, outdoor spaces and circulation: walkways and planted terraces inspired by the residential sector.
