According to our information, Joivy has recently signed a long-term lease on an asset in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, almost a year after its move to 10 rue de Douai. The pan-European residential platform specializing in coliving was attracted by the residential space at 22 boulevard Poissonnière, a mixed-use building owned by Groupe Wajsbrot, which recently underwent restructuring and elevation (project manager: Artqad; project management assistant: Ireo). "Following on from our sites on boulevard Malesherbes and rue de Douai, this new premium address in an ultra-central location enables us to expand our range of Paris apartments and surpass the 1,200 units available for rent in the capital," says Axelle Baillet, General Manager France for Joivy, the brand that now includes DoveVivo, Altido and Chez Nestor.
