A fund in the CBRE Strategic Partners U.S. series has acquired a fully leased, newly built, two-building, 540,000-square-foot industrial park in Fort Worth, Texas, in a bet logistics demand in the fast-growing region will overcome the challenges posed by economic uncertainty, labor shortages and supply chain disruptions.
