Simon Moves To Develop Three Outlet Malls in Vote of Confidence for Lower-Cost Retail

Simon Property Group is proceeding with the development of outlet malls in Los Angeles, California; Nashville, Tennessee; and Tulsa, Oklahoma, as well as expanding its flagship property in New York state, in a bet on retail centers that will offer lower-priced items for shoppers hit by the highest inflation in decades.
