Victory Brewing Co., an affiliate of Artisanal Brewing Ventures, sold its brewery and taproom in Chester County to Fortress Investment Group LLC for $21.79 million in a sale-leaseback deal. The Downingtown-based craft brewer plans to reinvest the funds into marketing and renovations at its other facilities.
