Private equity giant Blackstone Group has sold a neighborhood shopping center in Lakewood, Colorado, more than four years after acquiring the property in its $1.93 billion purchase of substantially all of American Realty Capital Properties' multi-tenant shopping center portfolio in a joint venture with DDR Corp.
