Panattoni Debuts in Sweden with Record €300 Million Site Purchase

Logistics developer Panattoni said it has completed the biggest zoned land deal ever done in the Swedish market with a 3.1 billion Swedish kronor (circa €300 million) acquisition of seven sites totalling 121.3 hectares in the Stockholm and Skåne regions. The vendor was Kilenkrysset, a Swedish family-owned real estate owner and developer.
