Goodman Real Estate has acquired the luxury Mediterranean-styled Town Deer Valley Apartments in Phoenix. The developer, Related Group, and its partner, Boston-based Rockpoint, sold the 388-unit complex for $131.1 million, or $337,887 per unit.
