Dell EMC has sold its 8.10-acre former EMEA headquarters at Dell House in Bracknell in the Thames Valley to Blue Coast Capital and Jansons Property.

Cushman & Wakefield was appointed by the American computer giant to find a buyer for its former offices in 2022 following its acquisition of EMC Squared and a relocation of staff to its offices at Great Western Road in Brentford. The building is located at Cain Road, The Boulevard, Bracknell, Berkshire.

Cushman advertised the site with redevelopment potential. It comprises a four-storey office building of approximately 86,398 square feet. A price of around £14 million is thought to have been paid.

It is understood Jansons and Blue Coast will pursue a major industrial redevelopment in a key Thames Valley industrial zone.

The building is located in the Amen Corner Business Park area, adjacent to the Western Industrial area of Bracknell.

Cogent Real Estate and Philips Lockhart Starr advised Blue Coast and Jansons Property. Cushman & Wakefield advised Dell EMC.
