DM Hall, one of Scotland’s leading independent firms of Chartered Surveyors, has appointed two directors and four associates in a flurry of promotions.
Calum Riach and Lesley Coghill, who are both part of the firm’s Inverness office, have been promoted to directors.
Brett Ferguson, from its Perth office, Hannah Saunders, from the Kirkcaldy team, Rachel McCall of the West Commercial Valuation team and Craig Connery, in the building consultancy division, all become associates.
John McHugh, managing partner of DM Hall, said in a statement: "It is always satisfying for a business to be able to recognise the progress and achievements of talented individuals within its ranks.
"Each in their own way has already contributed significantly to the particular area of the business in which they operate and we have no doubt they will continue to build strongly on these achievements into the future.
"The firm remains as committed as ever to delivering the best possible client service we can and our ability to do that is enhanced by the professional and personal abilities of those who are at the forefront of providing these services."
DM Hall has a network of offices across Scotland and expanded into the North of England in 2023 with the acquisition of Hyde Harrington, a Chartered Surveyors firm based in Carlisle and Kendal. It also opened an office in Truro, Cornwall, in September.
