Active in Europe since 2003, Brookfield Asset Management now has $191 billion in assets on the Old Continent, including $56 billion deployed in real estate. France, where the Canadian investment and asset management giant has been investing since 2015, accounted for around $30 billion of these assets at December 31, 2024. And French real estate accounted for $4 billion, divided mainly between managed residential, logistics, office, highstreet retail, data centers and hotels, either directly or through various subsidiaries.
