Two sectors drive most job losses in Houston during the first seven months of the year

Like is happening nationally, job growth is slowing across Houston. The Bayou City lost 13,100 jobs during the first seven months of the year, according to the latest preliminary data released by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics.
