MetLife To Acquire Reynolds Plantation

Daniel Corp. To Manage Exclusive Golf Community Placed With Bank-Appointed Receiver Last Year

MetLife signed an agreement to purchase Reynolds Plantation, a golf and resort community on Lake Oconee, 70 miles east of Atlanta. Terms for the acquisition, which will include The Ritz-Carlton Lodge, six championship golf courses, four full-service marinas and nearly 5,000 acres of undeveloped golf and waterfront property, were not disclosed. The property is currently being managed by a bank-appointed receiver.
