CLI Dartriver has signed American online travel agent and comparison review company Tripadvisor for new London offices at the Folgate Building, E1 in Spitalfields, close to Liverpool Street Station, CoStar News can reveal.

The group is moving from 7 Soho Square in London's West End to the 66,800-square-foot building in the City, taking the second, third and fourth floor.

CLI Dartriver has recently completed a major refurbishment and extension with strong environmental credentials, adding a communal café linked to a private courtyard and several roof terraces covering over 8,400 square feet.

CoStar News revealed in 2020 that CLI Dartriver, the business created by former Great Portland Estates directors Neil Thompson and Ben Chambers' Dartriver London with Germany's Conren Land and Indigo Invest, was in talks for its second purchase, the Liberty Place development site at Norton Folgate.

It bought the-then 54,000-square-foot office development scheme from The Estate Office Shoreditch, the group ultimately owned by the Bard family, which has extensive landholdings in the area.

Tripadvisor was advised by Spring4 while CLI Dartriver is advised by Allsop and Newmark.
