Fusion Medical Staffing, which recruits and dispatches traveling medical professionals, leased 115,545 square feet at the Fountain Ridge Office Park.
The long-term lease represents 64% of the space at the 180,000-square-foot building known as The Waterford at 18881 W. Dodge Road, and signals that high-quality office space is still viable. The new space focuses on employee wellness and supports the company's flexible and hybrid work environment.
Fusion Medical Staffing planned to relocate its headquarters from within the Omaha area to The Waterford building in the suburban West Dodge submarket. The lease earned it a 2023 CoStar Impact Award, as judged by real estate professionals familiar with the market.
About the project: Fusion Medical Staffing signed the lease in June 2022.

Fusion Medical's long-term lease during a time when "most businesses were still reluctant to make any big moves ... was a reflection of their confidence in the market and how much they value their employees," said Misty Belsha with Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Co.
