The Rothschild Group Inks New Lease at 1251 Sixth Ave

The Rothschild Group signed a long-term lease for 69,418 square feet at 1251 Avenue of the Americas. They are relocating from two non-contiguous floors to the entire 34th and part of the 33rd floors. The 54-story office building totals 2,291,317 square feet and was built in 1970. It is located in the Time Square submarket on Sixth Avenue between 49th and 50th. Other tenants include The Bank of Tokyo, Sandler O’Neill & Partners, and Lowenstein Sandler. Michael Goldman of Studley represented Rothschild. David Falk, Peter Shimkin, and Nick Berger of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the owner, Mitsui Fudosan.
