As hoteliers turn their attention to budgeting for 2025, the most recent national hotel performance forecast for Canada has been marginally upgraded. Revenue per available room, or RevPAR, is now expected to increase by a stronger 3.2% to $138.92, up from 3.0% in the previous forecast.
