Odyssey promotions target growth of retail advisory

Sam Masters (Odyssey Retail Advisors)

Odyssey Retail Advisors promoted Colleen Franke and Sam Masters to the role of senior associate as part of its expansion efforts, the New York-based brokerage said. Schoettlin has advised institutional and private investors in high-value transactions, particularly in the self-storage property category. Founded by Jay Crotty and Ryan Clark, the Tampa, Florida-based company also advises clients in the healthcare and manufactured housing sectors, according to its website.
