Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot said she is trying to make good on a campaign promise to better integrate community input into two of the city’s largest mixed-use lifestyle developments under construction, the Lincoln Yards project and The 78 redevelopment, representing a combined $13 billion in projects.
