Non-Profit Corp. Acquires Albany, New York, Site for $2.7 Million

Construction is expected to begin this spring on a new educational campus for the Capital Region BOCES, which will include a BOCES Center, Technical Training Center and Maywood School. Building permits have been issued to BBL Construction Services. The farmland site at 925 Watervliet Shaker Road in Albany, New York, sold for $2.7 million or about $68,632 per acre.
