A joint venture between New York-based LRC Properties and affiliates of Gem Realty Capital, a Chicago-based real estate investment company with over $6 billion in assets under management, has acquired Fruit of the Loom's Palmetto Distribution Center at 1116 Business Park Road in Summerville, South Carolina.
