Sahara Wireless International purchased a five-building industrial complex at 1018 and 1038-1048 W. Fremont St., 345 and 435 N. Yosemite St., and 404 N. San Jose St. in Stockton, California, for $6.8 million, or about $66 per square foot, from McDonald Development Company.
