O'Connor Capital Partners acquired 55 Wheeler St. in Cambridge, MA, from New Boston Fund Inc. for $27 million or $214 per square foot. In 2011, the company also purchased the adjacent office building at 70 Fawcett St., which was later demolished in June of last year to rebuild as an apartment building.
