Colliers, one of the world's largest real estate services companies, is relocating its City office to Landsec’s Dashwood House at 69 Old Broad Street, CoStar News can reveal.
The company has secured a five-year lease for the 2,500-square-foot penthouse suite on the 17th floor of Dashwood House.
The move comes as Colliers continues to bolster its team across the City, having appointed Tim Williams as its City leasing director in November 2024. Williams has significant agency expertise and has been involved in major schemes across the City, Midtown and City Fringes.
Dashwood House, a Grade A, BREEAM Excellent, WELL-enabled building, offers state-of-the-art facilities in a prime location next to Liverpool Street station. Colliers is relocating from its previous City offices at 35 King Street.
"This relocation reflects our dedication to providing a high-quality working environment for our team and enhancing our presence in the City," said Tony Horrell, chief executive of Colliers in the UK & Ireland in a statement. "The move to Dashwood House aligns our strategic vision for sustainable growth and client service excellence in the competitive London real estate market.”
Colliers completed a letting for a new UK headquarters in London’s West End in 2022.
The leading global broker signed for 30,000 square feet of offices at 95 Wigmore Street, taking the space on a sublease on the top fifth to seventh floors from UK private investment company Bridgepoint. It moved from its long-term home at 50 George Street, just off of Baker Street.
