Colliers International is finalising the deals of a new model for retail leasing that it says harnesses data to rethink the way space has traditionally been priced, something it says has become a necessity in response to the many challenges the sector faces. It says the model that looks to tear up the rule book and create something more equitable for landlords and tenants.
