Tech firm Dye & Durham Limited, a provider of legal, financial and business workflow software, announced plans to relocate its headquarters to the Telus Tower at 25 York Street in downtown Toronto to accommodate an expansion and its return-to-office plans. The software firm subleased space on the 11th floor of the 29-storey building with direct access to Toronto's PATH system, connecting the property to Scotiabank Arena and Union Station.
