Paul Davies has entered the project and building consultancy team at Colliers, becoming a director.
Davies joins with 30 years' of experience, having most recently worked for CBRE, where he specialised in new build, refurbishment and office fit-out projects.
This saw him work predominately on Cat A and Cat B projects for commercial developers, investors and occupiers. Colliers said its recruit is experienced in many other property sectors "delivering projects up to £250 million".
Davies has also worked for Turner & Townsend and Faithful & Gould and worked in-house for property developers Gazeley Properties and BAA Lynton, previously the property development arm of airports group BAA.
He will be based in London and advise on projects based in the capital and across the UK. "He will also build on internal collaboration across all UK service lines as well as developing existing and new client relationships within the project and build consultancy, " the business confirmed.
