Clark Building Likely Set for Apt Conversion Following Sale to PMC

CW Financial Svcs Sells 281,000-SF Office Bldg in Foreclosure

The mostly-vacant Clark Building at 717 Liberty Ave. in downtown Pittsburgh, PA was purchased by Philadelphia Management Companies, an affiliate of PMC Property Group, for $7 million, or approximately $25 per square foot. The building was sold by special servicer CW Financial Services.
