Addington, the UK property investment and asset management specialist, has secured news channel CNBC to remain at 10 Fleet Place, London EC4 in a move that means the latter relocates from the sixth floor to the ground floor to create a “state of the art” multimedia hub fronting the Fleet Place estate.
