St. Regis DC Sold

Real-estate investment management company Westbrook Partners acquired the St. Regis Washington, D.C. from Dublin-based private-investment company Claret Capital last month.

WASHINGTON, D.C.—Real-estate investment management company Westbrook Partners acquired the St. Regis Washington, D.C., for US$549,451 per key.

Westbrook in May paid Claret Capital, a Dublin-based private investment company, a total of US$100 million for the 182-room hotel. Officials at Westbrook and Claret could not be reached for comment before deadline this week.
