Anderson Birkla Investment Partners Announce Redevelopment Plans for 580 Building in Downtown Cincinnati

Anderson Birkla Investment Partners LLC, which bought the 580 Building at 580 Walnut St. in downtown Cincinnati earlier this year for $13.7 million, have renamed the building AT580 and announced plans to convert more than half of the former office space into 179 residential units and 48,000 square feet of retail while keeping 180,000 square feet for office space.
