Glimcher Realty Trust (NYSE: GRT) has announced plans to acquire the remaining interest in the WestShore Plaza in Tampa, FL from its joint-venture partner Blackstone Real Estate Partners VI. In a separate transaction, the JV will sell the Lloyd Center in Portland, OR to two unaffiliated investors.
