The world’s largest hotel chain is opening its first hotel in the off-island Montreal suburb of Laval, Quebec’s third-largest city. The 113,000-square-foot hotel will be part of Espace Montmorency, Laval’s largest-ever mixed-use project which is valued at $450 million.
