STR’s preliminary April 2021 data for London hotels shows slightly better performance compared with recent months, albeit at overall low levels.

  • Occupancy: 28.6%
  • Average daily rate (ADR): GBP67.13
  • Revenue per available room (RevPAR): GBP19.23

The absolute occupancy level was the highest for any month in London since October 2020, while the ADR and RevPAR levels were the highest since December 2020. Year-over-year percentage changes will turn positive in the coming months due to comparison with the earliest pandemic-affected months from last year.
