After 2023, a year marked by a very sharp slowdown in the Normandy new-build market (-35% in year-on-year sales starts), the situation seems to be clearing up, according to Grecam, which noted a recovery in new supply in H1 2024 (+39%), compared to H2 2023, and observed a level of sales comparable to H1 2023 (969 reservations) and even up on H2 2023 (+27%).
