Battle lines drawn on Landlord and Tenant Act reform

The Commercial Tenants Association, a lobbying group representing commercial real estate tenants, has robustly called for security of tenure to be retained as the "opt-out" default position for commercial leases in the UK, in direct contrast to the British Property Federation's call for an "opt-in" approach.
